Nintendo Co., Ltd.’s Nintendo Switch ranked as the No. 2 hardware in Japan in the latest retail data from the region.

Famitsu this month said Nintendo Switch sales totaled 21,392 units to rank as the No. 2 hardware between May 18 and May 24.

The Nintendo Switch OLED Model sold 2,375 units, the Nintendo Switch sold 2,731 units and the Nintendo Switch Lite sold 4,433 units in the period.

In Q4, Nintendo held net sales of $14.7 billion, up 98.6 percent year-over-year. Net profit increased 52.1 percent to $2.7 billion. Meanwhile, operating profit climbed to $2.29 billion, up 27.5 percent from one year ago.

Nintendo forecasted a softer outlook for the upcoming fiscal year ending Mar. 2027, expecting slower sales for the Nintendo Switch 2.

The Nintendo Switch has sold 155.92 million units to date.
