Sony Corp. this week announced price increases for the PlayStation 5 citing pressure in the global economy.

From Apr. 2, the PS5 will be sold at $649.99, a $100 increase, the PS5 Digital Edition will be sold at $599.99, a $100 increase, and the PS5 Pro will sell at $899.99, a $150 increase.

Finally, the PlayStation Portal price will be sold at $249.99, a $50 increase.
