Nintendo Co., Ltd. this week launched Handheld Mode Boost to the Nintendo Switch 2.
Handheld Boost Mode will allow compatible Nintendo Switch software to run as if in TV Mode for improved graphics.
The company said the improved visuals may increase the system’s power consumption. In addition, Handheld Mode Boost may prevent Nintendo Switch software from using the touch screen or cause the Joy-Con 2 controllers to be recognized as the Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller.
The mode is part of the System Software Ver. 22.0.0 update.
