Sony Corp.’s PlayStation 5 ranked as the No. 3 top-selling video game hardware in the latest retail data from Japan.

Famitsu this month said the PS5 sold 10,343 units to rank as the No. 3 hardware between Feb. 16 and Feb. 22.

For the period, the PS5 Pro sold 1,926 units, the PS5 sold 2,776 units and the PS5 Digital Edition sold 5,641 units.

In Q3, the PS5 sold eight million units, a 15 percent decrease from the year prior. PS5 sales to date total to 92.2 million units.

PS5 and PS4 software sales totaled 97.2 million units in the period. Digital game purchases totaled to 76 percent of software sales.

The Game and Network Services segment, which includes the PlayStation business, held revenue of $10.2 billion, a four percent decrease from the prior year. Operating income totaled to $896 million, a 19 percent increase year-over-year.

The PlayStation Network held 132 million active users in Q3.
