Famitsu this month said Koei Tecmo Games Co., Ltd. released Dynasty Warriors: Origins for Nintendo Co., Ltd.’s Nintendo Switch 2 ranked as a top software title in the latest retail data from Japan.

Between Jan. 19 to Jan. 25, Dynasty Warriors: Origins sold 8,580 units to rank as the No. 5 software title for the week.

Dynasty Warriors: Origins is a single-player action strategy title staged in the Three Kingdoms through an original protagonist called the nameless hero.

The final game includes trademark large-scale battles.
