Sony Corp.’s PlayStation 5 ranked as the No. 3 top-selling video game hardware in the latest retail data from Japan.

Famitsu this month said the PS5 sold 5,855 units to rank as the No. 3 hardware between Nov. 10 and Nov. 16.

For the period, the PS5 Pro sold 2,057 units, the PS5 sold 3,309 units and the PS5 Digital Edition sold 489 units.

In Q2, the PS5 sold 3.9 million units. PS5 sales to date total to 84.2 million units.

PS5 and PS4 software sales totaled 80.3 million units in the period. Digital game purchases totaled to 72 percent of software sales.

The Game and Network Services segment, which includes the PlayStation business, held sales of $7.9 billion, a four percent increase from the prior year. Operating income totaled to $781 million, a 13 percent decline year-over-year.

The PlayStation Network held 119 million active users in Q2.
