Circana this week said Nintendo Co., Ltd.’s Nintendo Switch 2 ranked as the No. 1 hardware in the U.S. in the latest domestic retail data.

In Oct., Nintendo Switch 2 ranked as the No. 1 hardware in units and dollar sales.

The data firm said the console sold 328,000 units for the month.

In Q2, Nintendo revenue totaled $3.7 billion, an increase of 90 percent from the year prior.

Operating profit totaled at $950 million, a 19.5 percent increase from the year prior.

It sold 4.54 million Nintendo Switch 2 hardware units and 11.95 software units in the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2025.

Nintendo Switch 2 hardware units sold totaled 10.36 million units to date. Software sales totaled 20.62 million units to date.

Nintendo raised its sales forecast to 19 million Nintendo Switch 2 units from 15 million and 48 million Nintendo Switch 2 software units from 45 million in fiscal year 2026.
