Nintendo Co., Ltd.’s Nintendo Switch ranked as the No. 2 hardware in Japan in the latest retail data from the region.

Famitsu this month said Nintendo Switch sales totaled 25,109 units to rank as the No. 3 hardware between Oct. 20 and Oct. 26.

The Nintendo Switch OLED Model sold 16,545 units, the Nintendo Switch sold 1,925 units and the Nintendo Switch Lite sold 6,639 units in the period.

In Q1, Nintendo revenue totaled $3.8 billion, an increase of 132 percent from the year prior.

Operating profit totaled at $378 million, a four percent increase from the year prior.

The Nintendo Switch sold 980,000 units in Q1, a 53.5 decline from one year prior.

The Nintendo Switch has sold 153.1 million hardware units and 1.41 billion software units to date.

Nintendo maintained a forecast of 15 million Nintendo Switch 2 units and 45 million Nintendo Switch 2 software units in fiscal year 2026.
