Sony Corp. this month said Helldivers 2 for the PlayStation 5 ranked as the top download title at the PlayStation Network in July 2024 data.

For the month, Helldivers 2 ranked as the No. 17 PS5 PSN download title in the U.S. and Canada.

Helldivers 2 is a third-person squad-based shooter in which users battle swarms of alien threats.

The final game includes an alternate first-person camera view, large boss battles, and weapon customization.

Escalation of Freedom includes Super-Helldive CR 10 difficulty, new enemies like the Impaler and the Spore Charger, in addition to new objectives like the larva retrieval mission.
