Microsoft Corp. this week will conclude the Simulator Sale for the Xbox Series X|S and the Xbox One.

The sale discounts select titles by up to 40 percent.

Discounted titles include Train Sim World 4: Deluxe Edition, Car Mechanic Simulator 2021, Gas Station Simulator, art of rally, Cities: Skylines – Xbox One Edition, and The Banner Saga 3.

The sale ends Nov. 14.
