The sale discounts select titles and DLC.

Discounted titles include The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV, Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana, Ys IX: Monstrum Nox, Disgaea 1 Complete, The Lost Child, SNK 40th Anniversary Collection, Langrisser I & II, and R-Type Final 2.
