Bungie, Inc. this week will release the Next-Generation Upgrade to Destiny 2 for Sony Corp.’s PlayStation 5, Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox Series X|S.

PS5 optimization will include 4K resolution, 60FPS fidelity, and the Field of View Slider.

Xbox Series X optimization will include 4K resolution, 60FPS fidelity, and the Field of View Slider.

Xbox Series S optimization will include 1080p resolution, 60FPS fidelity, and the Field of View Slider.

The Next-Generation Upgrade will be available at no cost to current owners.

It will be released Dec. 8.
