AMD to deploy Radeon RX 6000 Series graphics cards

AMD this week announced the AMD Radeon RX 6000 Series graphics cards.

The Radeon RX 6000 includes the RX 6800, the RX 6800 XT, and the RX 6900 XT. The hardware is build on AMD RDNA 2 gaming architecture for up to 2X the performance in select titles and 54 percent more performance-per-watt than the prior generation 5000 series.

The RX 6800 includes 60 Compute Units, 16GB GDDR6 RAM, 1815Mhz / 2105Mhz Boost, and 128GB Infinity Cache at $579. The 6800 XT includes 72 Compute Units, 16GB GDDR6 RAM, 2015Mhz / 2250Mhz Boost, and 128GB Infinity Cache at $649. The RX 6900 XT includes 80 Compute Units, 16GB GDDR6 RAM, 2015Mhz / 2250Mhz Boost, and 128GB Infinity Cache at $999.

The RX 6800 and RX 6800 XT will be sold Nov. 18. The RX 6900 XT will be sold Dec. 8.
