Nintendo Co. Ltd. this week released Firmware Update Ver. 10.0.0 for the Nintendo Switch.

Firmware Update Ver. 10.0.0 includes a bookmark feature in News, an option to transfer software data between the system memory and an SD card, an option to remap the controller buttons, a new section in User Settings for Play Activity Settings, new selections to the lineup of user profile icons, and general system stability improvements.

In Q3, Nintendo recorded an operating profit of $1.54 billion.

Between Oct. to Dec., the Nintendo Switch sold 10.81 million units. The Nintendo Switch Lite accounted for 3.24 million in unit sales.

In addition, it sold 64.64 million units of software in the period.

The Nintendo Switch has sold 52.48 million units to date.
