Square Enix Holdings Co., Ltd. this week said it will release Final Fantasy VII Remake for Sony Corp.’s PlayStation 4 Apr. 10.

It was scheduled the be released Mar. 3.

The developer cited additional time to polish the final game prior to release.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is an action RPG based on the 1997 release.

The final game utilizes the Unreal Engine.
