Apple Inc. will sell an iPhone SE successor in 2020 at under $400 according to TF International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.

The iPhone SE successor is said to be sold in 64GB and 128GB options starting at $399. In addition, it is said to utilize a similar design to the iPhone 8, which includes a 4.7-inch screen and Touch ID.

Updated components include the new A13 CPU found in the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max, and 3GB of RAM.

Finally, the iPhone SE successor will likely forego Face ID facial recognition found in the latest iPhone models in order to keep the device in a lower price tier.

The iPhone 11, an update to the entry-level iPhone XR, includes a 6.1-inch Retina display, the A13 Bionic CPU, 12MP Wide Camera, 12MP Ultra Wide Camera, 60 FPS extended dynamic range video, 12MP front-facing camera with 4K 60FPS video and slow-motion video functionality, brighter True Tone flash, and Night Mode to better capture low-light photos.

The iPhone 11 Pro includes a 5.8-inch Super Retina XDR display and additional 12MP Telephoto Camera with 4K 60 FPS video functionality.

The iPhone 11 Pro Max utilizes a 6.5-inch Super Retina XDR display and additional 12MP Telephoto Camera with 4K 60 FPS video functionality.
