Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. this week said it will release the Galaxy Watch Active2 next month.
The Galaxy Watch Active2 includes a new rotating touch digital bezel on the Super AMOLED screen to select apps and new health sensors to take readings faster.
In addition, the smartwatch can track more than 39 workouts, including running, cycling, swimming, rowing, elliptical and dynamic workouts.
The hardware will be sold in 40mm and 44mm options. Styles include a aluminum case with a Fluoroelastomer Band or a stainless steel case with a leather strap.
The 40mm version will start at $279.99, while the 44mm will start at $299.99.
The Galaxy Watch Active2 will be sold Sept. 27 at major retailers. The LTE Edition will be sold at AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular and Verizon Sept. 27.
