U.S. retailers this week price cut Sony Corp.’s PlayStation 4 to $249.99 in a limited sale.

This week, the PS4 1TB SKU sells at $249.99, $50 off the $299.99 MSRP.

Participating retailers include Target, GameStop, Best Buy, and Amazon.com.

In Q4, the PS4 sold 2.6 million units.

PS4 software sales totaled 54.7 million units in the quarter.
