Sony Corp. this week increased the price of PlayStation Vue multi-channel plans.

The Access, Core, Elite and Ultra plans increased by $5. Current plans start at $49.99 per month.

The company cited rising content costs for the price increase.

PlayStation Vue is a live streaming TV service that includes cloud DVR and streaming on up to five devices.
