NPD Group Inc. this week said Sony Corp.’s Days Gone for the PlayStation 4 ranked as a top-selling title in May at U.S. retail.

In May, Days Gone ranked as the No. 2 best-selling software across all platforms based on dollar sales.

It ranked at No. 2 the month prior.

The title ranks as the best-selling game produced by Bend Studio.

Developed by Bend Studio, Days Gone is a survival action title in which Deacon St. John must struggle to survive against Freakers, drifters, and animals in the wilderness.

The final game includes firearms, melee combat, and bike customization.
