NPD Group Inc. this month said sales for EA Inc.’s Anthem for Sony Corp.’s PlayStation 4, Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox One, and the PC declined in Mar. at U.S. retail.

In Mar. 2019 data, Anthem ranked as the No. 11 best-selling game software across all platforms based on dollar sales.

It ranked at No. 1 the month prior.

Anthem is an online co-op action RPG in which up to four players can fight together in custom exosuits to defeat enemies.

EA in Mar. released Patch 1.03 which included improved stability for all platforms that includes fixes for crashes for connection problems, audio improvements, loot changes, and removal of respawn restrictions.
