NPD Group Inc. this week said Activision Blizzard Inc.’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 for Sony Corp.’s PlayStation 4, Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox One and PC ranked as a top software at U.S. retail in Jan. 2019 data.

In Jan., Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 ranked as the No. 4 best-selling software across all platforms based on dollar sales.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 includes mission-based single-player content, an online multiplayer component and a co-op Zombies mode.

Blackout is a Battle Royale mode that includes land, sea, and air vehicles in a massive map.
