Capcom Co., Ltd. this month will release the ’98 Classic Costumes DLC to Resident Evil 2

The ’98 Classic Costumes DLC will transform Leon and Claire to their classic 1998 Resident Evil 2 polygon models. The DLC will be released at no cost Feb. 15.

Resident Evil 2 is a remake of Resident Evil 2 for the PlayStation.

The final game is rebuilt with the RE Engine used in Resident Evil 7. In addition, it includes a new over-the-shoulder camera and modernized controls.

Bonus modes in the title include The 4th Survivor and The Tofu Survivor.

The Ghost Survivors is a free post-launch DLC that will contain key characters from Resident Evil 2, including mercenary Hunk and the Kendo Gun Shop owner Robert Kendo.
