Sales for Sony Corp.’s PlayStation 4 ranked as the No. 2 hardware in Japan in the latest data from the region.

Media Create Co., Ltd. this month reported the PS4 sold 75,793 units between Dec. 17 to Dec. 23 to rank No. 2 in overall hardware sales.

The hardware sold 81,594 units the week prior.

Dragon Quest Builders 2 ranked as the No. 4 software selling 110,285 units for the week.

In Q2, the PS4 sold 3.9 million units.

PS4 software sales totaled 75.1 million units in the quarter.

The PS4 has sold 86.1 million units at global retail to date.

PS Plus Memberships totaled 34.3 million.

Sony expects to sell 17.5 million PS4 units this fiscal year.

The Game and Network Services division, which includes the PlayStation business, recorded sales of $4.88 billion. It held a operating income of $803 million.
