Sales for Sony Corp.’s PS Vita ranked as the No. 4 video game hardware in Japan in the latest retail data from the region.

Media Create Co., Ltd. this month said the PS Vita sold 2,718 units between Sept. 17 to Sept. 23 rank as the No. 4 hardware for the week.

It sold 1,973 units the week prior.

The Game and Network Services division, which includes the PlayStation business, recorded sales of $4.23 billion in Q1. It held a operating income of $748 million in the quarter.
