Nintendo Co., Ltd. this week began offering the option to purchase Nintendo Entertainment System Controllers for the Nintendo Switch to Nintendo Switch Online members.

The new wireless NES Controllers are sold in a pair to Nintendo Switch Online members at $59.99.

Each controller can be charged via attachment to the Nintendo Switch.

Shipments will begin in mid-Dec. 2018.

Nintendo Switch Online is a paid service that provides access to online play.

In addition, the paid service offers a selection of Nintendo Entertainment System titles with added online play. Launch titles include Balloon Fight, Dr. Mario, Super Mario Bros. 3, Donkey Kong, Ice Climber, The Legend of Zelda, Mario Bros. Soccer, Super Mario Bros., and Tennis.

Finally, the service offers Save Data Cloud Backup to save data online.

The Nintendo Switch Online 12-Month Membership sells at $19.99.

The Nintendo Switch Online 3-Month Membership sells at $7.99.
