Sony Corp. this week said it will increase the price of PlayStation Vue multi-channel plans.

Beginning July 24, the Access, Core, Elite and Ultra plans will increase by $5. Current plans start at $39.99 per month.

The company cited rising business costs for the price increase.

PlayStation Vue is a live streaming TV service that includes cloud DVR and streaming on up to five devices.
