NPD Group Inc. this week said Sony Corp.’s God of War for the PlayStation 4 ranked as the top-selling video game at U.S. retail in Apr.

In Apr., God of War ranked as the No. 1 best-selling game title across all platforms for the month.

God of War is a new installment in the action combat series that will include new melee battle options, new enemies, and large boss fights.

The Digital Deluxe Edition includes the digital game download, Death’s Vow Armor Set, Exile’s Guardian Shield, Digital Art Book, Digital Comic Book, and Dynamic Theme at $69.99.
