Nintendo Co., Ltd. in Apr. said Xenoblade Chronicles 2 for the Nintendo Switch has sold more than 1 million units at global retail.

In fiscal year earnings data, the company said Xenoblade Chronicles 2 has sold 1.31 million units to date.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is an action RPG developed by Monolith Soft.

In the title, Drivers bond with Blades which lend them their weapons and powers in battle. In addition, Blades have support abilities out of battle.

The final release includes Japanese audio and English subtitles in a free DLC download.

In addition, an Expansion Pass includes all released DLC, from an additional adventure with a new side story to a challenge Battle Mode.
