Retailer deals $50 Bonus with Xbox 360 4GB Kinect Bundle

Retailer Amazon.com Inc. this week began offering a $50 Bonus with the purchase of Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox 360 4GB with Kinect bundle in a new hardware promotion.

This week, customers who purchase the Xbox 360 4GB with Kinect bundle will receive a $50 Amazon.com Credit towards the purchase of an item shipped and sold by Amazon.com.

Microsoft in Nov. began the Xbox 360 4GB hardware SKU with Kinect and Kinect Adventures at $299.99.

Additionally, it sells the Xbox 360 250GB Kinect Special Edition Bundle with an Xbox 360 250GB Slim SKU, and Kinect hardware with Kinect Adventures at $399.99.

Kinect began sale Nov. 4 at $149.99.

The Kinect hardware, formerly dubbed Project Natal, is a slender bar that sits near a television to detect player movement and sound.

Menu navigation demonstrations include facial recognition to auto-login to Xbox Live and waving through menu screens.
