Capcom Co. this week will release the Resident Evil 5: Untold Stories DLC Pack to Sony Corp.’s Playstation 3 and Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox 360 to include all previously unreleased DLC content in one discount SKU.

Untold Stories will include new DLC episodes Lost in Nightmares and Desperate Escape, in addition to Costume Pack 1 and Costume Pack 2.

It carries a retail price of 960 Microsoft Points via Xbox Live or $12.50 via the Playstation Network.

Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition, to be released Mar. 9, 2010, will include the original game plus Lost in Nightmares, Desperate Escape, new costumes, and a new ‘Mercenaries Reunion’ mode which features eight new characters and weapon load outs.

Gold Edition will be released to the PS3 on Blu-ray disc at $49.99.

Resident Evil 5 has sold five million units since launch in Mar. 2009.
