Retailer Amazon.com this week discounted EA Inc.’s The Beatles: Rock Band Value Bundle for Sony Corp.’s Playstation 3, Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox 360 and Nintendo Co.’s Wii to under $100 in a new game sale.
In the new offer, The Beatles: Rock Band Value Edition PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii SKU are price cut to $99.99, 38 percent off the $159.99 MSRP.
The Value Edition SKU includes a copy of The Beatles: Rock Band and a Rock Band Guitar, Rock Band Drum Kit, Microphone, and Guitar Strap.
The Beatles: Rock Band outsold Activision Inc.’s Guitar Hero 5 in Sept. U.S. sales data by NPD Group Inc.
The Beatles: Rock Band Xbox 360 SKU sold 254,000 units to rank No. 5 in overall game sales for the month.
Additionally, The Beatles: Rock Band for Nintendo Co.’s Wii sold 208,600 units to rank at No. 10.
