Best Buy Co. Inc. stores this month began offering a free $25 gift card with the purchase the Xbox 360 Pro Holiday Bundle and the Spanish version of Lips to online customers.

In the Bestbuy.com offer, customers who purchase the Xbox 360 Pro and Spanish version of Lips will receive a $25 gift card instantly.

Lips, a karaoke title that includes two wireless microphones, carries an MSRP of $69.99.

Best Buy this week is concurrently holding a new $10 off sale on select Xbox 360 titles, including Saint’s Row 2 and Soul Calibur IV.

Meanwhile, retailer Amazon.com in Dec. began offering a range of discounted Xbox Live products during the holiday buying period.

On Tues., the retailer price cut the Xbox Live 12-Month Gold Card to $38.99, down from a $49.99 MSRP.

Additionally, the Xbox Live 1600 Points Card was dropped to $17.99, down from $19.99 and the Xbox Live 4000 Points Card was discounted to $44.99 from $49.99.

Finally, the Xbox Live 60GB Starter Kit was price cut to $89.99, down from a $99.99 MSRP.

NPD Group Inc. in Dec. reported that the Xbox 360 sold 836,000 units in Nov. U.S. sales.
