Amazon.com this week began offering a free copy of Lego Batman with the purchase of an Xbox 360 Arcade console.
In the new promotion, consumers who purchase a $199 Xbox 360 Arcade SKU will receive Lego Batman for the Xbox 360 at no cost.
Lego Batman sells separately for $49.99.
Lego Batman is the latest in the Lego action adventure games. The title features Batman, Robin, and more than more than 12 villains in Lego form.
Amazon this month discounted a range of Xbox 360 products to spur sales.
Last week, it price cut the Xbox Live 12-month Gold subscription for $38.99, a 22 percent discount from a $49.99 MSRP.
Additionally, it discounted the Xbox Live 4000 Points SKU to $39.97, down from $49.99, and the Xbox Live 1600 Points SKU to $15.97, down from $19.99.
Lastly, it discounted the Xbox 360 wireless controller to $36.96, a 26 percent price cut from the $49.99 MSRP.
