Sony Corp. on Tues. unvieled a new Alpha build of the upcoming first-person shooter Killzone 2 for the Playstation 3 at the E3 Media & Business Summit in Los Angeles, CA.
In the video, the latest build demonstrates visuals close to an initial rendering previewed last year.
The in-game battlefield can load a field of action at a constant 30 frames per second. Special effects include bomb-induced smoke plumes, bullet-stained objects, and fire-y rocket launcher explosions.
Sony on Tues. unvieled a wave of new products, including Resistance 2, God of War III, and a new video download service for the PS3.
It will retail a new 80GB PS3 SKU this fall for $399.99.
The PS3 has sold 4.3 million units in the U.S. to date.
