Sales for Sony Corp.’s new Madden NFL 09 PSP bundle increased at Amazon.com upon availability this week.
The limited edition Madden NFL 09 PSP Entertainment Pack SKU includes blue PSP hardware, Madden NFL 09, 1GB Memory Stick Pro Duo, download voucher for the game title Beats, and the ‘In Just One Play’ UMD Video disc.
The bundle carries an MSRP of $199.99 and will be released on Aug. 12.
Sony in June issued Firmware v.4.01 a minor software update that included improved display of search results under Internet Search for certain languages and improved playback of video content for certain file types.
Last month it released a new PSP God of War Entertainment Pack that includes the game title God of War: Chains of Olympus to U.S. retail.
NPD Group Inc. in June said that the PSP sold 182,300 units in May U.S. sales.
