Nintendo Co. on Mon. announced a new wave of offerings for the Wii Virtual Console, including Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels.
Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels is a 1 player title released as Super Mario Bros. 2 in Japan. In the classic release, Mario can stop quicker and Luigi can jump higher, in addition to new features like Poison Mushrooms and backward Warp Zones. The title retails for 600 Wii Points.
Sin & Punishment for the Nintendo 64 is a 1-2 Player action title developed by Treasure. The latest version includes English voice-overs and Japanese subtitles in addition to a number of skill levels. The title retails for 1,200 Wii Points.
Wii is the top=selling system in U.S., selling 403,600 units in the month of Aug.
