Majesco Entertainment Company on Wed. announced that it will publish Kengo: Legend of the 9 for Microsoft Corp.’s Xbox 360 video game system this fall.
Developed by Genki, the fighting title will feature nine real samurai warriors and Xbox Live Leaderboard support.
Samurai warriors include Musashi Miyamoto, Jubei Yagyu and Sanako Chiba, each with his / her own storyline and attributes.
Game modes include Main Mode, Mission Mode, and Combat Mode for head-to-head battles.
Kengo: Legend of the 9 will be sold at an MSRP of $39.99.
“Kengo’s stunning high definition graphics bring the game’s nine real samurai to life,” said Ken Gold, vice president of Marketing, Majesco. “With its 2-player head-to-head mode, attribute upgrades and fighter customization, Kengo: Legend of the 9 offers a great deal of next generation gameplay at a fraction of the price.”
Majesco this year published the casual offering Cooking Mama: Cook Off for Nintendo Co.’s Wii and in 2006 the action title Jaws Unleashed.
