Jack Tretton, chief executive of Sony Computer Entertainment America, told Reuters that it anticipates inventory to catch up with demand and have product fully in stock in the U.S. in Apr. or May.
The PS3 is on track to ship 2 million units to U.S. retailers by the end of Mar. Sony expects to ship 6 million units worldwide by the end of the fiscal year.
