Microsoft Corp. this week will offer three new content packs for the the Xbox Live Arcade puzzle game Lumines Live!
The three new packages will be available for download beginning Jan. 24 at 1 a.m. PST.
The content add-ons include the Heavenly Star Skin which will be avaiable at no cost to Xbox Live Gold members for a limited time, the VS CPU Pack at 100 Microsoft Points, and the Puzzle/Mission Pack for 300 Microsoft Points.
Lumines Live! was released in Oct. 2006 for the Xbox Live Arcade component of Xbox 360. Developed by Q Entertainment, the game features dazzling background videos and solid puzzle action.
Xbox Live Arcade features an array of casual game titles, including Ms. Pac-Man, Dig-Dug, Frogger, and Texas Hold’ Em.
Microsoft in Jan. announced that it has sold more than 10.4 million Xbox 360 units worldwide. It forecasts shipments of 13-15 million units by fiscal Mar. 2007.
