
Walmart.com on Wed. began to accept pre-orders for Nintendo’s new Wii video game console.
Wii will drop to U.S. retail on Nov. 19 at $249.99.
The retailer is advertising the Wii Customer Choice Bundle with games and accessories to customers. The bundle SKU will include the Wii Console, Wii Remote Controller, Nunchuk Controller, Wii Points Card, and four games for $533.56.
The item dropped to Walmart.com at around 9:40 a.m. PST on Nov. 1.
Most web retailers, including BestBuy.com, CircuitCity.com, and ToysRUs.com have not yet begun to offer video game systems for pre-order online.
Amazon.com briefly sold the Wii in two sessions. The second was admitted to be due to system error.
Nintendo this week announced that Wii will rock 62 game offerings, including Virtual Console games that owners can download to their machine.
