AiLive demos LiveMove technology for Wii

October 16th, 2006 · No Comments

A demonstration video of AiLive’s LiveMove development tool for Nintendo’s Wii is now available on video-sharing site YouTube.

LiveMove is a new artificial intelligence development tool that can be used to program the Wii Remote through examples rather than standard programming techniques.

In the video, a man demonstrates how multiple movements can be recorded in real-time to allow developers to coordinate motion-sensitive movements with in-game action.

The development tool may lead to faster development times for Wii and allow programmers to concentrate on creativity elements instead.

Wii will drop to U.S. retail on Nov. 19 for $249.99.
