On Mon. evening, Halo 3: ODST ranked as the No. 1 top-selling product at Amazon.com's Video Games division.
The title last reached the No. 1 rank at Amazon during the first week of Sept.
Amazon.com is offering a free $15 Video Games Credit and DLC exclusive with the pre-order purchase of Halo 3: ODST.
In the new offer, customers who enter the promo code HALOODST will receive an additional $5 video games credit in addition to a current $10 credit promotion.
Also, customers who pre-order Halo 3: ODST will receive a code to play as Sgt. Johnson in the new Firefight co-op mode.
Halo 3: ODST is a new stand-alone expansion title that includes a brand new campaign, new multiplayer maps, and four-player co-op functionality. It will be sold Sept. 22.
Microsoft this month announced the Xbox 360 250GB Modern Warfare 2 Limited Edition SKU, a limited hardware bundle that will include Activision Inc.'s Modern Warfare 2 at $399.99.
The company in Aug. price cut the Xbox 360 Elite to $299.99 and the Pro to $249.99 in the U.S.
