Best Buy offers up to $20 off Xbox 360, Wii, PSP, DS titles

Best Buy Co. Inc. this week began offering up to $20 off select titles for Sony Corp.'s Playstation 2, PSP, Microsoft Corp.'s Xbox 360, and Nintendo Co.'s Wii and Nintendo DS platforms in a new member promotion.

Until Oct. 4, Reward Zone Gamers Club members can receive $10 to $20 off select game titles via in-store coupon.

The promotion deducts $10 off titles including Facebreaker (Xbox 360), High School Musical 3: Senior Year (Wii), Guitar Hero: Aerosmith (PS2), and High School Musical 3: Senior Year (DS).

Titles eligble for $20 savings include X Blades (Xbox 360), Secret Agent Clank (PSP), Ready 2 Rumble: Revolution (Wii), Guitar Hero World Tour (PS2), F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin (PS2), and Fuel (PS2).

Meanwhile, Amazon.com this week discounted the Xbox Live 12-Month Gold Card Subscription held a sale price of $39.99, 20 percent off the MSRP.

In addition, it price cut the Halo Wars Xbox 360 SKU to under $31 in a new sale.

Finally, it is offering a free game or accessory with the purchase of a Nintendo DS Lite or DSi handheld.

Microsoft in Aug. price cut the Xbox 360 Elite to $299.99 and the Pro to $249.99 in the U.S.

Nintendo this month will release new Nintendo DSi Pink and White SKUs to U.S. retail on Sept. 13.
