Retailer Amazon.com on Tues. price cut Patapon 2 for Sony Corp.'s PSP to under $14 in a one-day sale.

In the Deal of the Day offer, Patapon 2 held a sale price of $13.98, down from a $19.99 MSRP.

Patapon 2 is a download title that includes more than 80 missions, 22 bosses and more than 500 items and weapons.

The final game includes eight music-based mini-games to earn bonuses and upgrades for troops.

Sony in May revealed the PSP Go, a new 16GB handheld to hold all digital content.

The product will be sold for $249 on Oct. 1.

Sony in Dec. 2008 began sale of the PSP-3000 model.
