Retailer Amazon.com this week price cut LucasArts Inc.'s Fracture for Sony Corp.'s Playstation 3 and Microsoft Corp.'s Xbox 360 to under $13 in a new game sale.

On Fri. the Fracture PS3 SKU held a sale price of $12.99 and the Xbox 360 SKU held a sale price of $12.99.

The title carries a list price of $19.99.

Fracture is a futuristic action shooter that includes Terrain Deformation to allow players to strategically reshape their surroundings on-the-fly.

The PS3 sold 164,700 units in June to rank third in console sales and No. 4 in overall hardware sales.

The Xbox 360 sold 240,600 units in June to rank second in console sales and third in overall hardware sales.
