Dead Space Xbox 360, PS3 price cut to under $20

Retailer Game Crazy, a division of Hollywood Entertainment Corp., this week price cut EA Inc.'s Dead Space for Microsoft Corp.'s Xbox 360 and Sony Corp.'s Playstation 3 to under $20.
In a new ad, Dead Space for the Xbox 360 and PS3 carries a new sale price of $19.99 each. Dead Space, released in Oct. 2008, is a horror action title in which a routine repair mission turns into one of survival. A new shooter version called Dead Space: Extraction will be released exclusively to Nintendo Co.'s Wii this fall. Meanwhile, Amazon.com on Thurs. discounted Activsion Inc.'s Prototype to under $40 in a one-day sale. The Xbox 360 sold 175,000 units in May to rank second in console sales and third in overall hardware sales. The PS3 sold 131,000 units in May to rank third in console sales and No. 4 in overall hardware sales.
