Michael Jackson's Moonwalker game skyrockets on Ebay

Sales for Sega Corp.'s Michael Jackson's Moonwalker video game skyrocketed on Ebay following the death of the superstar last Thurs.
Michael Jackson's Moonwalker, released for the Sega Genesis in 1990, fetched prices as high as $205 for a complete set of the original retail SKU. The action title featured music from the best-selling Thriller album and the BAD album, including Smooth Criminal, Beat It, Billie Jean, and BAD. An arcade version of the game was also released in 1990. Michael Jackson died last week in an L.A. hospital. He was 50 years old. In addition to Moonwalker, Jackson appeared in a cameo in the music title Space Channel 5 for the Sega Dreamcast. Microsoft Corp. over the weekend offered a free download of the Michael Jackson music video 'Thriller' at no cost to U.S. Xbox Live members.
