Wii Music price cut to under $30

Retailer Amazon.com this week price cut Nintendo Co.'s Wii Music for the Wii hardware to under $30 in a new game sale.
This week, Wii Music held a sale price of $29.96, 40 percent off the $49.99 MSRP. Additionally, Amazon price cut New Play Control! Mario Power Tennis to $19.98 in a one-day sale. Wii Music, a title that allows casual players to create their own compositions, has sold 2.65 million copies worldwide to date. This month, Nintendo released the Wii MotionPlus, a new accessory that will provide more accurate motion-sensitive controls. It carries an MSRP of $19.99. Wii Sports Resort, a title to utilize the new Wii MotionPlus, will be sold in July. Wii sold 289,500 units for the month to rank as the top console in May.
