Capcom's re-release of the cult hit Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney for Nintendo DS came and went after customers snatched up the trial simulation software.

The game allows players to take the role of an attorney to win trial cases.

Phoenix Wright received restock at online stores like Walmart.com and JR.com for a limited time this week. The game quickly sold out within days.

In addition, the limited quantities of the $30 game allows it to command a 30% premium at online auctioneer eBay.

The Nintendo DS Lite sold over 136,000 units in the first two days of release in the U.S. Software like New Super Mario Bros. and Brain Age topped the software charts in May.
